Understanding and managing psychosocial risk.

PukaUp is redesigning our website to reflect the next evolution of our work.

Psychosocial risk is a regulated obligation, yet many organisations still lack the visibility needed to understand where risks exist, why they exist, and where to focus their efforts.

We help boards, executives and leadership teams create that visibility.

Our Workforce Intelligence methodology is built on workforce participation and validated workforce data, informed by more than 60,000 data points collected from 7,300 employees across 80 organisations.

Our new website will launch soon. In the meantime, we would like to hear from you.
